All Semtek Technologies parts come with a 30-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. Semtek does not accept any return requests for non-quality reasons, this warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered, please send the Semtek Technologies order number, pictures of products and labels, and detailed problem descriptions. Both parties confirm that if quality problems occur with the products, the customer should submit the return request in the due time, Semtek Technologies entitles the customer to a replacement or return or compensate the customer for the loss. The amount of compensation is limited to the price of the defective products.

Semtek Technologies will not refund customers if products are returned without authorization due to customers’ reasons, part been soldering and the return cost should be paid by customers.
